Dans les années 60 ils deviennent très populaires pas que sur les robes, mais aussi sur les pantalons et les manteaux. Ce motif ne sera jamais démodé! Je l’adore! Et vous? The polka dot pattern appeared just after the Second World War. In the 60s it becomes very popular not only on dresses but also on trousers and coats. This pattern will never be old-fashioned! В 80-е стринги уже заметны на всех известных пляжах мира, а в 90-е, благодаря их «отсутствию» под обтягивающими юбками и штанами, они быстро заменяют обыкновенные трусики. Популярность стрингов то резко увеличивается, то сильно уменьшается. Гернрейх также был создателем монокини и многих других изменений в женском белье. Rudi Gernreich était un designeur futuriste. En 1970 il a inventé le string. Les premières qui ont commencés à le porter ce sont les Brésiliennes. Dans les années 80 le string est retrouvé sur tout les plages célèbres du monde entier. Et dans les années 90, grâce à son «invisibilité» sous les jupes ou pantalon moulants, le string remplace vite la culotte standard. La popularité du strings augmente très rapidement puis baisse. Gernreich a aussi inventé le monokini et beaucoup d’autres innovation dans la lingerie. Rudi Gernreich was a futuristic designer. In 1970 he invented thongs. Brazilians were the first to wear it. In 1980s thongs were already noticeable on all worlds’ famous beaches and quickly in 90s they replace standard panties due to their “invisibility” under the slim skirt and trousers. Popularity of thongs rise then goes down. Gernreich was also a creator of the monokini and a lot of other innovations in women’s underwear.")
