L’histoire d’une robe de soie. L’histoire de cette robe a commencé environ dans les années 1930. Elle était cousue par mon arrière-grand-mère quand elle était une jeune élégante. La robe avait des boutons magnifiques et quelques cols interchangeables en broderie Richelieu ou crochetés. La confection de la robe était bonne, et le tissu était de qualité, c’est pourquoi deux décennies plus tard et quelques ajustements à sa silhouette cette robe a été porté par sa jeune et svelte fille, ma grand-mère. Encore 20ans plus tard elle fut refaite pour ma mère. Le tissus a environ 80 ans de port et de lavage intensifs, et elle n’a toujours pas perdu sa couleur.The story of this dress started around 1930th. It was made by my great-grandmother when she was a young fashion woman. This dress had extremely beautiful buttons and several detachable collars with a broderie anglaise and crocheted. It was well done and the fabric was better quality. So 20 years later her daughter, my grandmother after some fittings started to wear this dress. Once again 20 years later it was remade for my mother. The fabric is about 80 years old and in spite of intensive use and wash, it didn’t fade.
